Fraiche started as a small 35-seat restaurant that changed its menu every week. Owned and operated by two chefs. One from London, one from new york. It evolved into a hospitality company that has now helped create and develop a global portfolio of concepts that continue to convey and lead the ever-changing environment of the hospitality industry. from there European tv shows, cookbooks, and cocktail book. To their newest retail drink line, The two chefs have teamed up for the last 14 years to bring you some of Amsterdam’s most notable concepts and establishments. Owning and operating multiple establishments, The chefs still love being in the kitchen.

CHEF NOAH TUCKER

A native New Yorker Global hospitality entrepreneur, Chef, and Restaurateur. Ted x speaker. Operating out of Amsterdam. Specializing in Culinary consultancy & strategy for the hospitality industry. Focusing on innovative concepts, structure and, solutions.

CHEF ANTHONY JOSEPH

Born and raised in London, where he got his love for cooking from his mother. His traditional training stems from working in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants and famous chefs such as Albert Roux and Marco Pierre White.
