Opening February 2018, We teamed up with Chef Walter Marskamp & Sally Micelle to bring you YERBA: A plant-forward space offering root-to-seed sustainable eating. Chef walters approach to dutch cuisine shows how you can elevate traditional recipes with plant-focused global ingredients, and bring them to the next level. Caring about exciting and engaging food influenced by the finest vegetables and edible plants of that season. We work with local producers, farmers, and fishermen presenting the best new alternative dining. We offer a seasonally changing a la carte tasting menu. Available as vegan or omnivore diets.
